Don't expect good customer service here, but don't expect it to be bad either. You can expect silence, and honestly, I like that. I like just saying hello and thank you when paying for my Chinese sauces and noodles. I cook Sichuan food frequently, and this place's selection has never let me down. The place is always organized and the prices are wonderful.
