Downtown Tallahassee Location: Cynthia is my favorite USPS worker. The wait times are much shorter here, and the staff is friendlier.

Ocala location: The wait times are abysmal. I've come here multiple times and each time the wait times were way too long and the staff were not nice. Go to the other location near downtown. It's much better.
