One bad experience here was enough to make me second guess every time I want to pick up something as simple as a guacamole cup. Despite trying to be light-hearted when asking a question to one of the workers, I was punished for even trying and disrespected on every account possible. When calmly asking another worker for the worker's name, I was lied to. When calling the manager about this particular situation, they sounded completely apathetic and unwilling to give me the employees name because apparently they are protected. Well, there's no better incentive to treat customers horribly than that. I doubt the employee was even reprimanded. I just don't want it to happen again. It was a while ago, so I have no idea if said employee even works there anymore. Every other employee has treated me very normally. Not good nor bad. It's just a shame because the food here is super great. Especially the chips and guac. It would be worth the super steep price if it at least came with good service.
